Minutes of March 18, 2025, Board Meeting

River Oaks Homeowners Association

 

The Board of Directors met on March 18, 2025, at the VFW Post 2438, 1672 Highway 60 North, Bay City, Texas.

 

Director’s present were Cathy Hafernick, Mike Spillers, and George Scheel, and Sunny Castro. Mike Hagg was not there.

 

Meeting called to order by President Cathy Hafernick at 6:38 pm.

 

Public Comment: N/A.  1 Homeowners were present.

 

Minutes of the Nov. 19, 2024, board meeting was approved, motion by Mike S 2nd Sunny C

 

Financial report was approved, motion by Sunny C 2nd Mike S

 

New Business:

 

• 2025 Budget was discussed and approved

• Dumpster date was set

• Elections- No one is up for election

 

 

Old Business:

 

• Annual Picnic-discussed about changing hours and putting out more signs

• Letters sent out to neighbors-Upper Colorado Trees are cleaned up.We will discuss next year about the other letters.

 

           

 

 

Next meeting set for Tuesday May 20, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.
