Minutes of March 18, 2025, Board Meeting

River Oaks Water Supply Corporation

The Board of Directors met on March 18, 2025, at the VFW Post 2438, 1672 Highway 60 North, Bay City, Texas.

The director’s present were Cathy Hafernick, Mike Spillers, and George Scheel, and Sunny Castro. Mike Hagg was not there.

Meeting called to order by President Mike Spillers at 7:14pm

Minutes of Nov. 19, 2024, board meeting was approved, motion by Sunny C 2nd Cathy H

The board agreed to move $100,000.00. Signing paperwork.
Bulletin Board Update: We decided not to do this idea.
Anderson Loan: Mike S will reach out to her about seeing if we can pay her off early.
Should we have Joe fix leaks that are away from meter boxes.The board agreed that he can fix them.
Mike is signing a contract with Kirby Langford to monitor our generator.$3500.00/yr.
VFD’s are in and complete
